Every completed workout is automatically saved to your history. Tap the history icon in the Workouts tab to view all your past sessions and track your improvement over time.
Yes! When adding exercises to your workout, tap "Create Custom Exercise" to add your own exercises with custom names, categories, and muscle groups.
Currently, your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping regular backups of your device. Cloud sync is coming in a future update!
Use the Calendar tab to plan your training. Tap any date to add a workout, and your scheduled sessions will appear on the calendar for easy tracking.
